At Rugsdecor.com we offer the best possible prices on all of our area rugs. If for any reason you do find a better price on any of area rugs either online, in a catalog or an advertisement, we will adjust our pricing accordingly. Proof of published price must be submitted.  

Once your order has been submitted, you must contact our Customer Service Department to modify or cancel it. Please contact us by email at info@rugsdecor.com or call toll-free (833) LUVARUG (588-2784) between 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Once an item has been shipped the order cannot be modified or canceled and will be considered a return. Please review our return policies and instructions.

Yes, the proper padding can add years to the life of your area rug. Padding will keep your area rug from sliding and protect your flooring. We offer Eco Stay™ and Eco Grip™ non slip area rug pads that are constructed of natural soy bean oil and polyester textile coated polymer. Both can be ordered at the time of checkout. 




If possible, refuse delivery of the area rug from the shipper and call us immediately so that we can arrange a replacement. If the area rug is delivered when you are not at home, leave the area rug in the original wrapping and contact us (for instructions) by email at help@rugsdecor.com or call toll-free (833) LUVARUG (588-2784) between 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. All orders from rugsdecor.com are protected in transit.

Product Information

The digital images we display have the most accurate color possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors, we cannot be responsible for variations in color between the actual product and your screen. Please be advised that in some cases patterns and colors may vary according to size. You may try a product for 20 days. If you decide not to keep it, you are responsible for return shipping charges. Unfortunately, we do not provide samples, however by using our Live Chat service one of our agents can provide you with details concerning shades of color and texture elements with the area rug you are inquiring about.

Some hand-crafted area rugs may vary in size plus or minus 2-3 inches from the stated dimensions. This is not a manufacturer defect but a common characteristic of the way handmade area rugs are made.

All handmade area rugs exhibit some degree of shedding, as do area rugs containing wool. This is normal and not a manufacturer's defect. Although it can be frustrating, the amount of shedding will decrease over time and eventually stop. Regular and frequent vacuuming will help.

Shipping Policy

Currently we only ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO Boxes.

Most items will ship within 48 hours from our warehouse and will take between five to seven business days for you to receive. Delivery of items will be dependent on the size of the area rug ordered and the shipping instructions/location.

Shipping is FREE on all orders for all area rugs to any address in the contiguous USA.  Most orders will ship UPS Ground Service.    

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada: you will be billed the actual shipping charge to your destination regardless of the area rug size. Canadian customers will be charged for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees in addition to shipping charges. Most orders to Alaska and Hawaii will ship UPS Ground Service, most orders to Canada will ship UPS Standard Service.

Actual shipping charges will be calculated and presented to you at the time of checkout.

At this time Rugsdecor.com does not offer expedited shipping due to the size and weight of certain products and the associated cost of shipping.

If possible we will provide you with a tracking number so that you may monitor the location and progress of your order.
