If for whatever reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may send your unused items back to us in the same manner they were received within 20 days. We do not accept any returns after this time period.  A 20% service fee (restocking) will incur if return is without fault.  

To initiate a return, Enter your order number and email address BELOW  Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all returns excluding those that are damaged or mis-shipped. All returned merchandise must have a valid return authorization number (known as a RA number).   

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your unused return is received and checked in, an email notification will be sent to you confirming your refund. Credit for the purchase price of the item will automatically be applied to your account within 5-10 business days after receiving the product.
 

Canadian Orders
All orders shipped to Canada are final, and we will not accept any return requests for those orders.

Please note: Merchandise returned damaged, without a return authorization number (RA number) or more than 20 days after the RA number was issued may be refused or incur a 20% service fee.

Shipping is FREE on all orders for all area rugs to any address in the contiguous USA.  Most orders will ship UPS Ground Service. Most items will ship within 48 hours from our warehouse and will take between five to seven business days for you to receive. Delivery of items will be dependent on the size of the area rug ordered and the shipping instructions/location. If possible we will provide you with a tracking number so that you may monitor the location and progress of your order.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada: you will be billed the actual shipping charge to your destination regardless of the area rug size. Canadian customers will be charged for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees in addition to shipping charges. Most orders to Alaska and Hawaii will ship UPS Ground Service, most orders to Canada will ship UPS Standard Service.

 Actual shipping charges will be calculated and presented to you at the time of checkout.
