If for whatever reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may send your unused items back to us in the same manner they were received within 20 days. We do not accept any returns after this time period. A 20% service fee (restocking) will incur if return is without fault.
To initiate a return, Enter your order number and email address BELOW Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all returns excluding those that are damaged or mis-shipped. All returned merchandise must have a valid return authorization number (known as a RA number).
* We only display digital images of the most accurate color possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors, we cannot be responsible for variations in color between actual product and your monitor. Please note in some cases the scale of a pattern may vary according to size, some design elements may not appear within various scaled pattern translations.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your unused return is received and checked in, an email notification will be sent to you confirming your refund. Credit for the purchase price of the item will automatically be applied to your account within 5-10 business days after receiving the product.
All orders shipped to Canada are final, and we will not accept any return requests for those orders.
